A pressing issue facing Texans and individuals living in the Southwest is border security. As narcoterrorisim and transnational gangs continue to penetrate our borders, we ensure a safe home for our families and our communities.
A former employee of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Louie understands the issues facing our national security, and knows that securing our border must be addressed separately from immigration reform. We must find sensible and targeted solutions to guard our borders, without the continued development of an ineffective wall.
